Do Now:Take out your SSR sheet.
Write in the time and page number.
Begin silent reading.


To Do:
1. Literature/Writing 
a. We will play Kahoot to review The Call of the Wild.
(Test is on Wednesday).60 Question Kahoot

b.100 point Kahoot Challenge assignment has been posted on Google Classroom.  
You will use this to study for Wednesday's test.  It is due Wednesday.  

c. TCOTW Test Review Quizizz HW Assignment due tomorrow
This will count toward extra credit on tomorrow's test!


2. Vocabulary
a.  Spend 10-15 minutes on Quizlet studying the lesson 1 words.

b. Complete the test activity and show Mrs. King or Mr. Hicks your score. If you do really well and it's easy, you are ready for the vocab. test.  If you don't do well on it and it's really difficult, then you need to study more.
Book 3: Lesson 1
Book 4: Lesson 1
Book 5: Lesson 1

3. Grammar
a. We will go over the second page in the Rule 1 Grammar Packet.
b. Do the third page with a partner or on your own.
c. Once your packet is complete, we will go over it.  
d. After you have corrected the third page, you can hand it in (metal basket). 
*If you finish the first packet early, you may move on to: Rules 2-5 Pages.


HW:
1. The Call of The Wild test will be tomorrow, 12/11.
*Complete the 100-point Kahoot Challenge to study for The Call of the Wild test. (Due Tomorrow)

2. Lesson 1 Vocab. Test on 12/19
*Study using Quizlet

3. SSR log sheet (Due Fri.)

1. Literature/Writing

    a. Today we will read chapters 11 and answer #6, 7 & 8 on p.8 of  the packet   .

    b. We will reach chapter 12, and answer 1, 2 & 3 on p.9 of  the packet.

    c. The next quiz is on chapters 11-15.


2. Grammar
     a. We will go over the grammar packet (the first 4 pages).
     b. Do page 5 of the Lesson 3 Grammar Packet.

3. Vocabulary
We will play Quizlet.live  with the Lesson 1 vocab. words. 
(RR can study on his own). 
By the end of class, everyone should complete the test activity and show Mrs. King your score. 

If you do really well and it's easy, you are ready for the vocab. test.  If you don't do well on it and it's really difficult, then you need to study more.
