Period 2-3

Do Now: Get a chrome book and log in.
Open up Google Classroom.
Open up this week's SSR Log assignment.
Type in the time and page you start on.
Begin reading.
When the timer goes off, write your reading log.

To Do:
1. Together we will start reading "Miss. Awful" (p.1-5) and find the first of the C&C signposts.  
-Highlight and label them the same way Mrs. King does on her copy.

2. Log into Quizlet and we will start to create a new study set containing these vocab. words from the story:
throng, ominous, agape, garments, rue, comply, prune (v), whim, scrutinize, offspring, anecdote, tolerate, evict, vacate, infiltrate, industrious, mock & squander (18 words total)

HW:
Read and write an SSR log on Google Classroom.

2. Work on your vocabulary Quizlet for the words from "Miss Awful."

3. Divergent Kahoot

HW:
-Work on your Miss. Awful Quizlet study set. (28 words total=28 cards total) If you finished creating it, then study it for at least 20 minutes. There will be a quiz on these words soon.
-SSR log on Google Classroom
