Do Now: SSR & Reading Log when timer goes off
*Change in procedure: In class you will write the original type of reading log and for homework, you will just fill out the form.
Students will be called up during SSR to show that they have rated at least 20 books on GoodReads.com and therefore, can use the site to find and rate books they want to read for SSR.

1. On a sheet of line paper, write at least one paragraph to respond to each question:
         -Since Buck was kidnapped, he has been through a lot and that has
           caused him to change. 
           What do you think changed Buck the most?
           Why? 
           Cite evidence from this chapter.
          -Make a prediction about chapter 4. 

2. The Call of the Wild: We will read chapter 4 stopping periodically to recap what is happening and to discuss the plot events and character interactions. Can we answer and of the questions for chapter 4 yet?
