Why do we have to take this quiz?
-I can show that I understand the plot and events of chapters 1, 2 and 3 in The Call of the Wild.
-I understand the different characters' personalities and interactions and how that affects the plot.
-I can identify main ideas and themes within The Call of the Wild.
Using the iPads we will play Quizlet.live to review Lesson 7 Vocab.
(We will vote on taking the test today or Monday, depending on how you feel.)

Why do we do silent reading?
-I will become a better reader the more I read. Even if I don't like reading, I will end up liking it more the more I make myself do it. I will be more successful in all areas of life.
