1. Today we will read chapters 22-27 of Refugee.
THIS IS TWICE THE AMOUNT OF READING WE USUALLY DO.
WE NEED TO PICK UP THE PACE SO WE CAN FINISH THE NOVEL
BEFORE SCHOOL ENDS FOR THE YEAR.
WE ARE STARTING ON TIME AND WILL NOT WAIT TO START
CLASS IF YOU'RE LATE.
*You will probably have to finish reading the chapter on your own.
2. Because a lot of you are not handing in your work, from now on you will have to complete a Google Form for each set of chapters we read. Once you have finished reading chapters 22-27, complete the Chapters 22-27 Refugee Reading Check.
*Makayla, since you have been handing in ALL OF YOUR WORK ON TIME, you have the choice to complete the Google Form OR the questions as you have been doing. Just let me know which one you prefer.
Reminders:
Chapter 19-21 Questions are due Friday by 6pm.
Chapter 22-27 Reading Check is due Friday by 6pm.
-There is no longer any make up work after Friday.
-Get your work done by the day it is due.
-I will not be going back weeks ago to grade that work because you suddenly noticed you are failing.
