Period 2-3
Do Now: Open up to your Essay Template and outline.

To Do:

1. Writing: We will continue writing out essay today.
    a. Watch as Mrs. King does her first body paragraph.
    b. Fill in your first body paragraph section of your outline.
    c. After Mr. Hicks or Mrs. King has approved your outline, type up the first body paragraph.

2. Vocabulary: Chapter 9 Vocab.
    a. Create a Quizlet with the Chapter 9 words.
    b. Add your Quizlet to the class.

HW:
Read SSR book for 30 minutes.
Finish typing first body paragraph.
     (You should have a total of 2 paragraphs or more typed up by tomorrow.)
Finish the chapter 9 quizlet and add it to the class
NoRedInk Mixed Practice due Friday.

Do Now: Take out your Essay Outline and hand it in.

1. Writing: Today you need to finish up your essay.
    a. Make any corrections and address any comments Mrs. King made on your essay.

3. Grammar: Mixed Practice
    a. Work on NoRedInk assignment that is due Friday.
