Do Now: 

Get your chrome book from the cart.

Finish your conversations and look ready to watch the morning show.
The Morning Show will start when you ALL look ready.

To Do:

1.  SSR

a. Take out your SSR book and begin reading. 

    You need to read for 10-20 minutes today in class.  

    The project is due 2/28.

2. Literature & Literature
a. We will start reading chapter 5 today.
b. The Outsiders packet ←Do p.15 (1 & 2) 

c. Create a Ch.5 Vocab. Quizlet using p.14 of the packet.

3. Writing
a. Read over the Chapter 5 Writing Prompt choices and start thinking 

    about which one you want to write a response to.

4. Grammar
   a. NoRedInk: Verb Practice Assignment (due tomorrow, 2/21)


HW
1. Read SSR book and bring to school every day until 2/28 

   (project due 2/28)
2. NoRedInk: Verbs Practice due tomorrow

3. Make up any work you have a 0 on or are missing in RealTime.

   (If you make up work, it is your responsibility to inform Mrs. King 

   either in person or via email so she can regrade the assignment 

   for you.  Otherwise, your grade remains the same.)

To Do:
1. Vocabulary
a.  If you're retaking the Lesson 4 Vocab. Test, come to the 
     Drop In Center after school today.  
     
     It's your responsibility to make whatever scheduling changes 
     you need to in order to come make the test up.  

2. Literature
a. We will start reading Romeo and Juliet, Act 4, Scenes 1 & 2 today. 
b. Complete the Act 4, Scenes 1 & 2 questions in the packet .
c. After we read, we will watch some more of the movie (1968 version).

3. Writing
a. Start looking over the Act 4 Prompts to see which one you want to write a response to.
b. If you choose to type it, it is your responsibility to print it out and hand it in by Monday. 

4. SSR
Is everyone set for their SSR project?  (Due 2/28)
