Do Now: Take out your SSR book.

To Do: 
1. SSR (20 mins)

2. Literature
a. We will continue reading chapter 5 today.
b. The Outsiders packet ←Do p.15 (1 & 2) 
c. We'll go over the CommonLit.com "Nothing Gold Can Stay" assignment.

3. Vocabulary 
a. Open up your Chapter 4 Quizlet and study it. 
b. Open up your Chapter 5 Quizlet and study  it.
c. Create a Quizlet for Chapter 6 vocabulary and add it to the class.

4. Writing

a. Read over the Chapter 5 Writing Prompt choices and start thinking 

    about which one you want to write a response to.

5. Grammar

a. Work on the NoRedInk Assignment: Pronoun Practice (due 2/27, Thursday)

HW:
1. Finish reading SSR book and do project- SSR Project Due on Friday, 2/28
2. Start working on the NoRedInk Assignment: Pronoun Practice (due 2/27)
3. Study chapter 4, 5 & 6 The Outsiders Vocabulary Quizlets that we made.

a. Read over the Act 4 Writing Prompt choices and start thinking 

    about which one you want to write a response to.
