Period 2-3

Do Now: SSR + summary  & question from quilt

To Do:
1. Read "Meet Jack London," Do numbers 1-10.
Read "Introducing the Novel" Do numbers 11-20.
Read "Before You Read" Do numbers 21-25.

 Pre-reading packet.

*After reading each section, work on that section of TCOTW Pre-Reading Quiz

2. Copy down the Vocabulary words on the bottom of page 12.
Write each word and its definition on a sheet of paper in the vocab.
section of your binder.

3. The chapters 1-3 packet will be handed out. It stays in the Reading section of your binder.

4. We will start reading TCOTW today if we get all of our work done before 10:30am.

1. Take out your FFA  Readers/writers notebook.
2. Get a copy of FFA from the front of the room.
3. Today we will work on page 3 together to identify direct and indirect characteristics.
4. We will continue reading FFA up to the April 15th Progress Report & start working on page 4.

Finish up to p.4 in  FFA  Readers/writers notebook.
