Period 2-3

Do Now: 
Take out your SSR HW Log Sheet & begin SSR.
Write your log when the timer goes off and bring it up
for a stamp.

To Do:
1. Today we will finish watching the documentary & gathering information.
Finish answering all of the documentary questions and hand in your packet.

2. We will start writing our group essay today on Global Warming.
We will need to do four things in this process:
-Gather information
-Form a claim or stance on the issue
-Explain to others why we should care too.
-Offer ways to be proactive.
(This essay will be on Google Classroom and you can refer to it
when you write your own essay on the topic of your choice.)

3. Work on your Quizlet for this week's vocabulary lesson.

4. CommonLit.com: "Your Food Choices Affect The Earth's Climate" <-- another source we can use for our paper!
