Do Now: Take out the diversity day assignment which was HW.

1. Diversity Day assignment: Go home and ask your parents 
what dishes you always make for the holidays 
(Hanukkah, Christmas, New Years, Three King's Day....etc).
Know the answer to these questions:

-What is the dish called?
-What country does it come from?
-What are the ingredients?
-What holiday is it made for?
-Why is this made to celebrate this holiday?
Make it and bring it in on Friday.
*You need to be able to talk about this dish and tell why it is made.You should also be able to tell how it is made so YOU NEED TO HELP MAKE IT!You will be discussing this in class on Friday at our holiday/diversity day celebration.
