Tuesday & Wednesday, October 16-17, 218

Dear Class,

     Unfortunately, I will not be able to be in school on Tuesday (and possibly Wednesday) this week.  I plan to be back on Thursday at the latest.  Please listen to all of the substitute's directions and complete your work.  All work will be graded when I return to school.  Friday you will have the grammar quiz retake and the vocabulary test retake (if you didn't do well the first time).  Here are the activities you need to work on:

                1. Packet:  Editing paragraph, S&SF, Sub. & Pred., Commands & Questions

                2. Grammar Packet (You already started this and it's in your grammar section)
                    Do pages 17, 18, & 20

                3. Silent Reading 20 minutes (Do this each day) and write a reading log.

                4.  Good Spelling Habits packet

               HW:
                 -Study for the grammar quiz retake (sentences, sentence fragments,                                                         4 types of sentences & Subject and Predicate)
                 -Study for the Vocabulary Test Retake

     I realize this is a lot of work so please stay focused and use class time wisely.  Please email me if you have any questions.  I will do my best to have my email open for you guys in case you need anything.  Be good!  Work hard!
